Lake Tomah

Lake Tomah 3

Lloyd Jones and Al Butts donated land to the City of Tomah, and Lake Tomah came to life between 1938-1939.  Since its creation, the 251-acre lake has given residents and visitors a great community resource that provides a mixture of activities on and around the lake.

Lake Tomah has two boat ramps for access to the lake as well as a handicapped-accessible dock.  Whether you prefer kayaking, canoeing, wakeboarding, stand-up-paddling, boating, or fishing, there are plenty of opportunities to explore Lake Tomah and take in the beautiful scenery!  If you’re sharing images on social media, be sure to #thisistomah!
